How do I set up Outlook in MS Exchange Server for an iPhone?

Microsoft Exchange Server provides remote access to Outlook e-mail accounts. Smartphones such as the iPhone offer advanced connectivity that allows you to use your phone like a computer at home. For quick retrieval of your Outlook calendar, tasks, emails, and contacts, you can sync it with your iPhone. How to Setup MS Outlook on an iPhone ?

Tap the "Settings” icon on your iPhone screen. From the "Settings", menu, tap "Mail, Contacts and Calendars".

Under the "Accounts" submenu, select "Add Account". Tap the "Microsoft Exchange” icon.

At the top of the screen, enter your Outlook email address.

Enter the domain address associated to the Microsoft Exchange Server. The domain is as "servername.yourdomainname.com."

In the spaces provided, enter your username and password. When you log in to your Outlook webmail account, enter your username. Add a description to each account if you have multiple Microsoft Exchange accounts.

To view account settings, tap "Next". You will find your email account under "Accounts" on the "Mail Contacts and Calendar" menu.

To check your Outlook email, tap the "Email” icon.


If account settings are not verified using your username, password and domain, please contact us. You prompted to enter the server name for the Microsoft Exchange account (server.company.com). If you are an authorized user, contact your IP administrator or Microsoft Exchange Customer Service to obtain this address.
